Best Western Plus Metz Technopole

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel while traveling as a family with a toddler. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, offering plenty of room for our family. A real highlight was the on-site restaurant, where the staff went above and beyond to prepare suitable meals for our toddler. Their care and attention meant a lot to us—special thanks to the restaurant team for being so thoughtful and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, featuring fresh fruit, made-to-order juice, a delicious variety of breads, and smoked salmon. A perfect boost for a family in transit. We also appreciated the good parking facilities, which made quick departures and arrivals much easier, and the friendly reception team added a genuinely welcoming touch. In all, a smooth and supportive experience—especially for families passing through and in need of space, comfort, and truly considerate service.

Really easy to find off the motorway, very nice big room, staff were very helpful. We had an evening meal which was excellent and it was great to be able to take the dog into the restaurant in the evening. Nice outside areas for easy dog walking, easy parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stopover here.

Excellent location for travelling between the alps and England - just of the Autoroute. The pool was a lovely bonus. The restaurant was superb (if not a touch expensive), and well worth using if you have the opportunity. The breakfast was also good - a self service buffet with lots of options. The standard rooms were generous in size with comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms. The staff were also very friendly.

Very easy access from the highway. Super friendly and helpful staff, amazingly welcoming of small children. Very big rooms and spacious bathrooms. Quiet place. We arrived too late for dinner at the onsite restaurant and didn’t have time to use the pool, but having both available is great!

It was a comfortable experience and a refreshing overnight stay. The hotel is close to the highway and as such very suitable to add a pause to a long car travel. The rooms were tidy and neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bonus to have a charging opportunity for the EV. The break fast was really good. Decent value for money!
